H.E. Mohamed Thani Murshid Al Rumaithi’s extensive and illustrious career spans various sectors and industries, both locally and internationally. He is the Chairman of the NMDC Board of Directors and holds several leadership roles including Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of First Abu Dhabi Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Murban Energy Limited, and Former Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the UAE. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thani Murshid Group of Companies, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi is the Vice Chairman of the NMDC Board of Directors and Head of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Al Hammadi is the CEO of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). He has a strong background in power and utility projects, including management, construction, finance and administration. He is also a member of the World Association of Nuclear Operators' (WANO) Governing Board and a member of the American Nuclear Society.

Eng. Hamad Salem Mohammed Saeed Al Ameri is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC, one of the fastest growing Abu Dhabi based investment holding companies, with more than 250 businesses spread across healthcare, renewable energy, petrochemical and other industries as well as real estate, construction and hospitality.

A recognized and accomplished business leader in the UAE, Eng. Al Ameri has spearheaded the rapid and comprehensive transformation of Alpha Dhabi Holding since being appointed Group CEO in 2021. Under his leadership, Alpha Dhabi has grown into a globally engaged investor in emerging businesses and future sectors as well as a catalyst of the UAE’s economic growth and diversification.

Eng. Al Ameri also holds key positions in other prominent listed companies in the UAE; he is the Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC, a Board Member of Aldar Properties PJSC, Pure Health Holding PJSC, and ADC Acquisition Corporation PJSC Shares. While on the private companies front, He is the Chairman of ADMO Lifestyle Holding and a Board Member of Mawarid Holding Investment.

Eng. Al Ameri holds an MBA from the Canadian University in Dubai alongside a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the American University in Dubai.

Dr. Aaesha Hashem is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in managing sustainability, environmental, occupational health, and process safety issues in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Vice President Sustainability and ESG at ADNOC Gas, she has successfully established and maintained high professional standards for both corporate and field-based operations. Dr. Hashem's exceptional skills in organizational development, operational risk management, social development, sustainability, environmental management, and occupational health have enabled her to make significant contributions in her field. Additionally, she is a consultant physician specialized in occupational medicine, which further enhances her ability to address and mitigate risks within the workplace. Dr. Hashem is also the president of the Emirates Society of Occupational Medicine, playing a vital role in shaping industry standards and contributing to the advancement of occupational health practices.

Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Alkhoori is the Chairman of Milipol International Est. In his professional journey, the driving force for success has always been his unwavering commitment to leading business groups and fostering the development of innovative projects. With an unrelenting passion for leadership and project creation, he has consistently strived to propel organizations to new heights while cultivating a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Mr. Yaser Saeed Almazrouei is the Upstream Executive Director of ADNOC, responsible for ADNOC’s upstream business including oil and gas production capacity and the business growth strategy. As part of his role, he ensures a continuous focus on operational efficiencies, portfolio optimization as well as safety and asset integrity. He is a board member of ADNOC Drilling, Al Yasat Petroleum, ADOC, and the Higher Colleges of Technology.

Eng. Yasser Zaghloul is the Group CEO of NMDC Group. He also serves as Chairman of The Challenge – the Egyptian Emirates Marine Dredging Company, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a member of the General Board of the Control of Water UAE, member of the Brussels-based World Organization of Marine Construction and Dredging, and General Supervisor and Sponsor for the World Conference of CEDA in Brussels and Abu Dhabi.

Sreemont Prasad Barua is the Group Chief Financial Officer of NMDC Group, a publicly listed company specializing in marine dredging and EPC construction. Sreemont plays a significant role as a member of NMDC's Executive Management Team, contributing to strategic decision-making within the Group. He also oversees the functioning of the Group’s Finance function and holds a position on the Board of Directors of NMDC’s Egyptian JV. Previously, he spent 18 years with KPMG, including 16 in the UAE and 2 in the USA, serving as an Audit Partner for 9 years. Sreemont is a Chartered Accountant, and his expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and U.S. accounting regulations (GAAP/GAAS/SoX) underpins his role as a seasoned financial leader. His professional journey includes overseeing complex projects, delivering high-quality audit services, and fostering organizational growth. Additionally, Barua excels in employee motivation, training, and management in culturally diverse environments.
