H.E. Mohamed Thani Murshed Al Rumaithi

Chairman

H.E. Mohamed Thani Murshid Al Rumaithi’s extensive and illustrious career spans various sectors and industries, both locally and internationally. He is the Chairman of the NMDC Board of Directors and holds several leadership roles including Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of First Abu Dhabi Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Murban Energy Limited, and Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the UAE. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thani Murshid Group of Companies, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Eng. Hamed Salem Al Ameri

Eng. Hamad Salem Al Ameri brings significant experience from a variety of industries including construction and real estate, investments and finance, government, non-profit, and public institutions, as well as energy and utilities. He serves as Vice Chairman of the NMDC Board. His other key positions include Board Member of Aldar Properties, Board Member of OCI Methanol Group, and Managing Director and Group CEO of Alpha Dhabi Holding.

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi is a member of the NMDC Board of Directors and CEO of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC). He has a strong background in power and utility projects, including management, construction, finance and administration. He is also a member of the World Association of Nuclear Operators' (WANO) Governing Board and a member of the American Nuclear Society.

Mr. Ahmed Amer Al Amry

Member of the Board Mr. Ahmed Amer Al Amry is the Managing Director at Apex National Investment, and Chairman and Managing Director of Rak Co. With his entrepreneurial and corporate governance skills, he is known for his proven record of executing complex projects in the UAE and MENA region, and acknowledged as a data driven business development professional with strong financial expertise.

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Bandouq Alqamzi

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Bandouq Alqamzi is the Advisor to His Highness, the Managing Director’s Office at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). He previously served as Executive Director of the Internal Equities Department at ADIA, heading the team that invests directly into global stock markets. His professional background spans industries including technology and commercial.

Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Alkhoori is the Chairman of Milipol International Est. Mr. Yaser Saeed Al Mazrouei

Mr. Yaser Saeed Almazrouei is the Upstream Executive Director of ADNOC, responsible for ADNOC’s upstream business including oil and gas production capacity and the business growth strategy. As part of his role, he ensures a continuous focus on operational efficiencies, portfolio optimization as well as safety and asset integrity. He is a board member of ADNOC Drilling, Al Yasat Petroleum, ADOC, and the Higher Colleges of Technology.

Eng. Yasser Zaghloul

Group CEO

Eng. Yasser Zaghloul is the Group CEO of NMDC Group. He also serves as Chairman of The Challenge – the Egyptian Emirates Marine Dredging Company, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a member of the General Board of the Control of Water UAE, member of the Brussels-based World Organization of Marine Construction and Dredging, and General Supervisor and Sponsor for the World Conference of CEDA in Brussels and Abu Dhabi.

  • Name(s) of the employee(s), other individuals, or department(s) engaging in the activity or with knowledge of the activity;
  • Approximate or actual date(s) the activity took place;
  • Supporting documents; and
  • Information on any steps taken internally with NMDC Group’s management to report or resolve the concern or complaint.

NMDC Group will not retaliate — and will not tolerate retaliation — against any individual for reporting a good-faith concern or complaint, or for participating in the investigation of any complaint.
